What Does “Backorder” Mean?

Sometimes an item might be listed as “backorder,” and here’s what that can mean:

Some items are temporarily out of stock:

SMALLER GYMS: Our stock updates in real time. If a part—like a metal monkey bar—is out of stock, it just means our fabricators are busy making it. These items are usually ready within 4 weeks.

Your whole gym is made-to-order:

LARGER GYMS: “Backorder” often means the full set is built just for you. Once your order is placed, our fabricators start building it, and everything will be ready to ship within 4 weeks.

Either way, backorders are normal and ensure you get high-quality equipment. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
