What Does “Backorder” Mean?
Sometimes an item might be listed as “backorder,” and here’s what that can mean:
1. Some items are temporarily out of stock:
For smaller gyms, our stock updates in real time. If a part—like a metal monkey bar—is out of stock, it just means our fabricators are busy making it. These items are usually ready within 4 weeks.
2. Your whole gym is made-to-order:
For larger gyms, “backorder” often means the full set is built just for you. Once your order is placed, our fabricators start building it, and everything will be ready to ship within 4 weeks.
Either way, backorders are normal and ensure you get high-quality equipment. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
