Warranty & Guarantees
Overview
At Xorbars, we take pride in the quality and durability of our garden gym systems. All products are designed and manufactured for outdoor domestic use and are built to withstand regular exercise and weather exposure when installed correctly.
This warranty outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a claim.
1. Metal Components Warranty
All metal components, including pull-up bars, monkey bars, brackets, and attachments, are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:
- Structural failure due to faulty materials
- Welding or fabrication defects
- Premature failure under normal domestic use
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
2. Timber Components
Timber is a natural material and will change over time when exposed to outdoor conditions.
The following are normal characteristics of timber and are not considered defects:
- Cracks or splits
- Knots and resin pockets
- Warping, twisting or movement
- Colour changes or fading
- Surface checking during seasonal changes
Our timber posts are pressure treated for outdoor use and supplied with protective measures to help reduce ground-level decay when installed correctly.
The warranty on timber covers manufacturing defects only for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, chips or paint loss
- Surface rust where the protective coating has been damaged after installation
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Incorrect or non-standard installation
- Alterations or modifications to the product
- Damage caused by extreme weather events, ground movement or flooding
- Commercial or non-domestic use (unless agreed in writing)
4. Installation Requirement
This warranty applies only when products are installed in accordance with our installation guidelines.
Incorrect installation, including insufficient footing depth, incorrect concrete use, or failure to follow instructions, may void the warranty.
