How long is delivery?
In-stock items: 5–10 working days
Back-order items: Up to 4 weeks

Large gyms (made to order): Around 4 weeks (approx. 20 working days)
Do i need to be home?
DIY kits are made up of multiple shipments, typically 3–5 separate deliveries.
Items may arrive at different times. For example, bars may arrive before posts or vice versa — this is normal.
We will contact you within 48 hours (Monday–Friday) with delivery updates and confirmation details.
Bars & Fixings
These deliveries usually require a signature. If you are not home, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times or leave a card so you can arrange a redelivery or safe-place option where available.
Posts & Postcrete
Posts are delivered separately. You do not need to be home for delivery, however we recommend leaving clear instructions for the driver.
Please note: drivers cannot access the rear of properties, and large deliveries may require suitable vehicle access for lorries.
How are accessories delivered?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
When can i book trades people in?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
