Multiple Deliveries

• DIY Kits are made up of separate deliveries.  Between 3 and 5
• Bars may arrive before posts, or vice versa — this is normal.
• We’ll contact you within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) with delivery details and updates.

• Standard delivery is to UK mainland.
• For locations outside the UK mainland, please get in touch — we can often arrange delivery or alternative options (e.g., bars only).

• Bars & fixings: Usually require a signature. If no one is home, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times or leave a card so you can arrange a safe-place drop-off.
• Posts: Delivered separately. You don’t need to be home, but leaving clear instructions for the driver is recommended. Drivers cannot enter the rear of properties and may require vehicle access for large lorries.

• Items such as postsavers, gymnastic rings, ropes, and swing attachments may arrive separately.

• Please wait until all items arrive and are checked before booking installation.
• Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours so we can arrange replacements or refunds.

• Tracking details will be provided where available.
• Some larger or specialist deliveries may not have real-time tracking, but we’ll keep you updated throughout.

• Please check your items carefully.  You MUST contact us within 48hrs if items are damaged or missing.
